The founder Bozena Kordasiewicz is a lawyer who graduated with a Master’s Degree in Civil Law from the University of Lublin in 2000 and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Western Ontario in 2006. After completing her articling at a law firm in London, Ontario, she has been practicing personal injury and disability law in Kitchener-Waterloo. She has appeared in front of various courts and tribunals, including the Superior Court of Justice, Federal Court of Appeal, Social Security Tribunal, and Licence Appeal Tribunal. Bozena is fluent in both English and Polish and provides legal services in both languages, including notarizing Polish and English documents.

Bozena and team take a practical and customized approach to their clients’ needs and explain legal terminology, processes, and concepts in simple terms. They helped numerous clients with personal injury and disability legal matters.
